Fast Entry Door
Product Overview
Fast Entry Doors, which provide convenient and fast manual loading of samples in and out of vacuum chambers, have been widely used in different systems.
Doors are fitted with a spring-loaded hand knob locking mechanism, and the patented design also prevents the Load Lock Chamber from being over-pressurized as the door will be pushed open.(Utility model NO.201720665992.9)
The conventional model has single Viton elastomer seal, suitable for vacuum sealing to 10-8 mbar, with Quartz replaceable as window material.
Fast Entry Doors are compatible with all CF flanges and could be connected with other equipment.
