In-situ transport system

Product Overview

The liquid-helium in-situ transport system, consisting of injection/preparation chamber and analysis chamber, can realize sample transfer and measurement under ultra-high vacuum. It is compatible with the flag type sample holder and adopts the mechanism of liquid helium cryocooler and piezoceramics needle feeding, which is especially suitable for the nondestructive testing of in-situ growing film sample. Vacuum interconnection can be realized with systems such as MBE/PLD/SPUTTER to measure the (magnetic) resistance and Hall effect of the thin film sample (SQUID module could be added); Optical window is reserved in the system, which can realize the measurement of photoelectric combination.
